If shareholders big and small refrain from selling more shares we may have hope of a better offer or time for a bidder or more bidders coming into the picture.
On top of AJL and BNB's "preagreed" % to sell to AGK 25.5 million shares had been sold on 24th Dec. Let's hope they are not getting more to build up the required percentage to take over.
I am deeply disappointed with this surprise move by the management to sell us out in such a hurry and at such bargain. We thought we were getting the best and most capable team and that there was light at the end of the tunnel.
It had been a very long, and cruel journey of sacrifices, sufferring, and loss.
We all must have thought that the achievement at Hunter Valley was only the beginning. We have only touched part of HV and Camden and there are lots more in the 6 million acres. Studies have found it a highly "gasified" region. I'm sure AJL would be well rewarded down the track.
Even technically the chart pattern was very bullish building up for months (although the SP had been suppressed)for a breakout to about 62-63c as the near target.
