Considering the reports on Centro were accurate the morning before the announcment, I'd say this is probably a true story. However, I'm guessing OZL would have worked through the night to try and resolve it?

Also, why is one bank always holding out? You would think that if refinancing was a greater risk, then more than one bank would hold out.
