But I think CS's post giving a value of $13.49 per ton in the ground is spot on. He uses the eastern zone ppms (which are higher than the project average). And he uses the company's recover rates. It's easy to follow. And the $13.49 is what the market would pay if the processing to separate it into component oxides had already been done. So that cost has to come off too.
Your tabulation interposes a column for the value of the stuff in concentrate which somehow magnifies the values without any explanation of the computation. I know from an introductory course on excel that the values in the cells are linked by mathematical formulas behind the scenes. Why not give the formulas you are using or I for one cannot say what I think of your result.
