I think you will find the GM is likely to be in excess of 70% for the FY, certainly a lot higher than 50%.
Expenses IMO is the most difficult number to predict , I personally would use somewhere between $5m-$10m for the FY.
You haven't taken into account tax, ZNO has tax losses of approx $8.8m, so tax would be payable on $5.8m on your numbers at 28% i.e $1.6m
