Time to stop blaming the Ruby Princess for Victoria's current crisis and lockdown. All the other states managed to get reasonable control of the situation. They learnt from the Ruby Princess. They never needed the extreme measures that Victorians have imposed on them now. Now it is the "Ruby Victoria" that has sent the virus back to NSW and Qld.
