there was no one in australia trained to secure innocent australians and guests in hotels - besides some security staff

it's not the job of prison officers - not police - not military -

it's clearly a civilian security role ------------

whatever group you employed could have had stuffups ---------- stuffups are not the sole territory of civilian security companies
