True elimination is just a pipe dream. When most talk about elimination it really is only truely suppression but they choose to call it elimination - this virus is so easy to spread through the community it only takes one stuff up aka Victoria to ruin things. The best we can do until a vaccine is available is manage it such that our health system can cope. Even with a vaccine I certainly won't be taking it for several years at least as we don't know the effects of the rushed vaccine.
