RE: Whether Resmed is really a good buy following this drop
While a reduction of ~13% from the ATH of $29 may seem like a good entry point upon first inspection, I have taken the weekend to take a further look into the price at the moment.
Currently a price of $25.06 represents both a trailing and forward PE of 39.8 which is still significantly higher than its historical PE averages of 32.8 (2019), 26 (2018), 25.9 (2017), 22.7 (2016) according to nabtrade and makes it still look slightly overvalued right now.
I would love to hear what you all think of this rudimentary analysis. I am currently a holder with a long term view and may pick some up today however it does not seem to be that banger of a price.
