    Great announcement. Black and white - 9 to 12 months we have a deal if it all works. And the fact all 3 parties are sitting round the "table" working out exactly what needs to be done to get there is great news. And all the cash they need to get there. For LT holders who have waited this long, another 9 to 12 months is nothing.
