Yes you're right for the cash flow adjustment.
In fact, I got a free cash flow yield of 11 % (based on 2.74 $), when I restate from AASB 16 and wage subsidies (11.3 m $). That's really cheap. Other interesting element in their result : EBIT (excluding wage subsidies) was better than my expectation (49 m vs 44 expected). It seems to be due both to Mokka and Adairs, which both got better margin that expected.
