I think Duncan Pursell is trying to tell the judge he can do what he wants with Jervois when he wants. I mean its his company anyway right? Why would he worry what Jervois shareholders want?

I think Duncan is threatened that his current directors have seen the truth about his leadership/non leadership & the best way to fix this is to get new directors. Right????
