    Not yet. With ASIC getting spanked in court recently I dont feel there is a lot of appetite for them to get involved. ASX appear less confident now as I have seen commentary hinting the $27 million figure being bandied around is well short of what the claim for damages could look like. Again, nothing concrete yet
