So, upon re-listing, it’s worth asking the following questions to determine how you see your short and long term investment into OBJ:
1. Does OBJ have more potential for growth now than 12 months ago?
2. Is OBJ’s cash position stronger and clearer now or 12 months ago?
3. Is the foundation put in place by the board and CEO better now than it was 12 months ago?
Well, I am sure there will be many varying views and colourful responses to these questions, but it’s worth noting 12 months ago we had a $30m Market Cap and the ASX was pretty much at the levels we see it today (a couple of hundred points down).
Fully diluted with 135m shares on the registry and for those who only identify with a companies SP, that would be 22 cents assuming you voted NO to all these questions.
If you voted YES to all questions, what do you value OBJ at now then? What is fair value?
