Allied Gold is the major shareholder. At $0.03 market cap is only $1.2 million, good gold property but no cash.
Yesterday Allied had a representative appointed to the board. With Allied gold production going well and cash flowing in would not surprise me to see Allied help fund CRB operations to build more of an Australian gold presence.
Could start to become interesting. I think the appointment of Greg Steemson is a sign that things are about to be cranked up a notch. At current prices this is great value.
