agree NPV looks great at 0.65 FX and $0.73 royalty, these are two sticking points for me in financials. Alwsys a red flag when companies pedal "pre tax" figures. is Smoothy Royalty gross or net ....very big difference in this $$s to him and not shareholders. basically all my concerns (incl mgt) on the table. still good value at low teens SP if you can get over the above
