Well, I would not consider it as a science breakthrough. I consider it as pure madness! Or just propaganda.
They tried the vaccine on 38 healthy volunteers, how about the vulnerable populations such as the elderly and the immunocompromised? And 38 people? Seriously?
Also they only started in June, the period of observation is too short for the vaccine to be considered safe.
