I don't think they would do CR on 2c as Jorc update is coming up and this would push sp higher. 2c is too cheap to dilute. Plus any positive news about the appeals would push this up comfortably. Per their current financial status, they're not desperate for cash so it could be delayed till some more upside.Even right now this is undervalued significantly. They could fill it easily at a higher number.
