Hey guys,
Before we jump on the bash band wagon let's get one thing down. Negative cash flow is not an indicator of poor performance.
In fact I will confidently assume that you have done very little research to see what is the cause of the negative cash flow aside from the CommSec announcement that pops up on your app.
Now let's shine some light on your lack of due diligence.
Retech has this year acquired a company called Pansoft. It is one of the few companies to profit from the Covid pandemic and continue to increase its equity and income. The negative cash flow reflects the large sum used in the acquisition of the company, but don't worry they still have plenty left in the bank.
In fact if you bothered to read the annual report you will see that their income has increased from the previous quarter.
I hope this clears things up and trust you have learnt a thing or two.
Good day.
