This obviously sucks for poultry farmers etc but good for plant protein stakeholders.

What is interesting is abattoirs and now poultry producers are getting hit hard by the virus - with closures in Australia, the US and Germany from what I am reading. It seems that the suboptimal conditions they operate in are providing an environment conducive for the virus to proliferate.

As COVID continues to impact these animal protein producers I believe the case for - and adoption of - plant proteins will continue to strengthen accelerate.
