In summary he said inr has already stated that the plant is a protected species & they have taken that into account in their planning & permitting applications. He also suggested that the CBD has taken similar stances in the past & have requested the plant be listed but inr have confidence in the state & federal permitting processes & that the mining operation will not impact the plant or its survival
