GR,I don't fully understand whats wrong with foxtel besides the obvious that tls does not own any content. But just like sensis both have customer bases. I don't understand why both divisions can't be restructed even if that means complete restructure which takes advantage of and could build their customer bases with new technology developments... Although its probably to late now that tls has reduced its holdings to 35% in both. Talking in general if you see the sector changing you must change.The perfect example being fairfax which didn't change ,but finally did and introduced domain,Domain showed there can be life after death..I have not followed domain etc for some time.But the bottom line is both sensis and foxtel could be restructed but thodey,penn and the fairfax chairman didn't and don't understand what is required imo only. ps just making the point penn brought forward $500m capex,i'm fine with that and just have to accept the capex was spent efficiently and how will that effect tls's financials..
ps i don't know bridget loudon,but if tls introduce enough eagles into the board room the turkeys wont last long hopefully,so far we have roy chestnut so maybe 2 eagles.. ps nas/enterprise figures should be interesting,i believe this division will make or break penn.
