Coles may have tested this before deciding. But I think this has been decided by someone clever in a digital / online meeting without much reference to the real world. My parents use computers every day, have smartphones and are tech literate. But the catalogues still get left on the coffee table and folded down / circled while watching tv for specials, recipe ideas etc.

if it affects sales then how quickly do you think Coles will reverse course?
