Of course they'll need to raise very soon. They're not going to leave themselves with nothing to write about down hole and zilch in the bank. Worst case of course but currently, there's speculative interest so if they don't raise just before drilling or just after announcing that drilling is underway and they find nothing down hole, they'll be raising at 0.1 of a cent just to keep the lights on, including their own pay packets.
