re: why doesnt some one pursue insolvancy The idea is to become a crook like management, by joining them on the board, through a egm, as you a significant shareholder, vote yourself on the board. As a director claim the company is trading insolvent. If the company doesn't get any money form shareholders or underwriters, its insolvent. Im sure underwriters will back you up. Morally its the wrong thing to do. These days no one has morals anyway
