Well the little old lady should have worn a mask too!!
Not wearing a mask is a $200 fine in Victoristan. There are eyewitness reports going around that the police came out of nowhere, shouting, gave no warnings and just grabbed her around the neck. That has to be pretty close to assault.
Either way it is appalling PR.
