The operative word is should not must.
If disclosure was compulsory then this and every stock forum in the country would have gone long ago.
Whilst the ASIC may have a regulatory power to enquire as to a persons stockholdings as part of a formal enquiry there is absolutely no question that no person (not even greenpastures) has any requirement whatsoever to reveal anything to some anonymous critic on an internet forum.
Why don't you give the personal vendetta a rest. Fact is he is not clearly not going to share how his system works with you or anybody else so its up to you to figure whether his info is of any use or not and leave it at that.
