Just to refresh. The question is why didn't MSB provide the data from the MAGIC study to the FDA.

Don’t know. Hopefully MSB get a chance to answer your question.

I suspect because it is not reproducible. By which I mean not reproducible in the fashion that the FDA require – which would be that there was protocol with a SAP (which had been agreed by the FDA) all in place before starting the study.

And so because of the lack of rigour in the process the FDA are saying they give it little to no weight.

But this is the case for the prosecution. We will hear from MSB … and the AdCom members will cogitate on everything (like members of jury) and cast their vote.
