Please refer to resolution 4 of AGM November 2019 notice when company was named Koppar. It can be found on Vulcan website in archives. It states that there be allowed an increase to $450,000 in directors salary. Perhaps Rezos is not pulling that at the moment but it was voted through. Unfortunately I cannot copy the text without the designated password.
