    Well, how many times have we seen it. The stock goes in "pre open", the company makes an announcement that was anticipated by the market and bang the SP goes up only to fall back to levels prior to the announcement. Be very careful of "pump and dump". JBW has been burned badly by PNA and you never know, they may have something to do with this suspension so that they could dump some of their holdings.
