Well, she had a valid excuse which was that she had an exemption provided by a medical practitioner the previous day. ( I often wonder if that is the case with some of the people I see without masks.) She has therefore not been charged for not wearing a mask.

And by the way, if you are jogging you are not required to wear a mask. So if caught without a mask start a brisk trot.
