    having a quick read on BLY debt $585mil due 2Q 2010 (libor +55bps) also got another $265mil due 2Q 2012.

    they intend to reduce debt by $150mil in 2009.

    general view is that debt convenants won't be an issue.

    i am working on an EPS of 7.0 cents.
