WNR floated in Dec 2015 @ $0.20. NOAS became substantial in Sept 2016 (2.4m) not long after I brought, and then the sp was low $0.30.
They have continually topped up in the low $0.20. They have 30.6m shares. I don't recall them buying much below $0.20 so say ~$0.22-$0.25???
Personally if I were you, I wouldn't bother. Any liquidity gets soaked up by them so there's no real scope for the sp to appreciate.
