all I want for today is a CLOSE >=7.3
that should give a lot of TAs waiting on the sidelines to enter or start entering in a phased manner...
as usual, today's announcement didn't set it on fire - probably the "news" is not new, just repackaged... so if we see 7.3c close, I expect the flurry to start...
