Full disclosure, I also know Lee and Tim and worked with them professionally on an alliance.
They are an incredible company with a great culture and great staff. Their product is very good (I've used to too).
They have had a shitty revenue generation model IMO and I think covid exposed that. It has obviously smashed the shareprice, but it's an opportunity to fix this moving forward. A SaaS model over their credit model should have been implemented a long time ago.
