I am not saying the force he used was right or even lawful. What I am arguing is that the only question for me is whether it was reasonable force. Wording in the legislation, not mine!
If it is determined not to have been reasonable force then it was unlawful.
It’s definately not an approved or taught technique, but that in itself doesn’t necessarily make in unlawful!
I don’t know how many times I have to say it, you, me, nobody can determine that until we know the circumstances leading to it becoming physical.
And don’t play the poor little girl card, she tried it and it didn’t work out so well.
Many females play that card, and when they assault police and get an equal response they are shocked, duh.
Again let’s wait and see if we learn the “facts” of the lead up to the video seen.
Again, if he acted unlawfully then their will be consequences for him, which I would totally agree with!
