@Lastly I wasn't aware the human safety element was further upstream, ie meat animals. Even without data in front of me I'd be inclined to agree with your recollection of a 15 day withholding period on consumption, that's not unusual with such drugs.
@DrDaryl I thought that your point about just giving unapproved drugs to the elderly was what you meant (and I 100% understand and agree), I was just not sure if you were countering the statement that it had in some way been human approved and/or tested.
