Not sure thats anything new. Magellan has been pushing the ethical strategies for years now. "Low Carbon" funds and what not.
I think that the weakness from $9 is purely that it just got way ahead of itself and then you throw 15m shares out into the market and it totally floods buyers which pushes the price even lower.
We probably see some stabilisation once enough volume churns through this special situation.
