In a simplistic way....most companies would prepare for eventualities/outcomes by looking into the rear vision mirror...ie making decisions based off cumulative historical data....HWH has a program which effectively has you looking ahead/via your front window....assessing what may happen based of what if type scenarios and preparing in advance
