He is a 72 year old man with his own rich life history and his own heart and soul. He acts according to his own heart and mind. He has never even met you. You don’t have that kind of power. You are not that powerful. Whoever said that to you was mistaken.

I think that you will find that the rats/trolls will leave when their Master tells them to leave. They are paid to do a job. Nothing you or I say will stop them. They do not answer to you, or to me.
HC policy states that we should not engage with trolls. We are supposed to report their posts or put them on ignore. Read the rules, it’s under Posting Guidelines - Don’t Feed The Trolls.

I understand that being a lawyer, you want to fight for what is right. That is honourable. But you must always operate within the law (the rules) and within the wishes of the community. When good, intelligent, honest people do not fight by your side, they have reasons for doing that which may be beyond your current understanding. Allow other people to follow their own truths.
