cba sp way overvalued.
they rode the property and economic boom for over 20 yrs...now we're in for a housing downturn, and being overly exposed on the residential side, with 30% of their mortgage book being greater than 80% lvr...their sp will be hit the hardest.
nab less so...as their sp has already bottomed out...it won't get any worse for nab...so if I had a pick out of the majors, it'll be nab
