This was just a matter of time that such a tuck-in would happen - it makes total sense.

Smartcorp itself has been around for a long time and has a solid reputation. Class should do well having its own internal solution here as there are many smart things they can with their own internal product solution - both with the Class Suite and Now Infinity.

This is a nice "book-end" solution for an accounting firm - one stop shopping can now become a reality with Class.
