Klob, how would you like SDL to fund the mine?
If SDL borrows the $3B they need to fund the mine (that could be difficult in the current financial environment) then you might say they are debt laden.
If they go for a capital raising, then share holder value is diluted.
If they form a joint venture, then of course the other company takes a percentage of the profits.
I don't expect every post to be supportive or positive of SDL, but your posts suggest negativity just for the sake of it.
If SDL is able to secure a JV, then this is undoubtedly a massive positive for the company. To suggest anything else is crazy.
