If I were a down ramper I wouldn't need any reference to back up my claims. I'd throw around numbers, opinions, quasi facts, half truth etc to cause panic and scare the shakey investors into selling because I am down ramper who needs to make money at any expense. Ethics, morality, right and wrong wouldn't be playing any part in my actions..
