A question. Why was a speeding ticket needed to provide updates to the market?

In the 2008 AGM, PC claimed that he doesn't keep track of the number of implants and cash-at-hand daily and cannot give an update every month as requested by a lot of the shareholders.

Yet they gave an update of cash-at-hand for September and October (to induce take up in the SPP)and now for December. By the way this announcement did not have the implant numbers.

Anyway this jump in the last two trading days will be nothing compared with the effect of regular information that we have proposed relasing every month if we take control of the board.
