Unlucky_bacs, that is a hard one to pinpoint.
taking the basic calc of # shares x share price = market cap
and using the 50cents/share you mentioned in another thread would provide a market cap of 710mill shares x 0.5 = $355mill market cap.
In comparison. Paladin Energy has 102mill lb identified uranium resource, and a market cap of $238mill.
LOT has so far 37.5mill lb resource - or 2.72 times less than PND. so by market cap: 238/2.72 = $87mill market cap
So take LOT $87mill/710mill shares = ~ $0.12 (12cents) /share.
**Morningstar values LOT at 13cents right now.
BUT as the uranium price goes up, the whole industry value goes up (Paladin, Lotus and the others too)
Also as the resource volume increases, as total recoverable volume (through exploration) the share price as an mine asset value should also increase.
Offtake agreements/utility contracts means money coming in and thus will also increase the share price.
I am aiming for 20-25cent shareprice once first utility supply agreements and mine re-open starts
