Just thinking of the example Dolci used of an overdraft.
If you have ever run a business overdraft say $250,000 the bank will charge you an establishment fee. Once you sign the agreement and pay the fee the bank advances the overdraft in the same way the payment of half of the $580,000 in cash or share equivalent secures the $29 million facility.
