Just wondering out loud. Your observation that this did not happen overnight might explain the 3 million raise in a hurry.
Perhaps took the heat off BRN in the negotiations and told our current lenders they were not the only fox in the hen house prepared to deal.
Anyway hard to see any negatives just at the moment.
