Anyone notice the first $10mill has to be issued/drawn down under ASX 7.1.
My understanding is that it is only eligible for companies under $300mill MC, so if correct my understanding is that until first $10mill drawn down, SP cannot be over 20.1c.
Could someone explain it if they understand the deal differently. Thx.
