Sorry...allocated into what fund? LDA Capital will not be transferring capital from their balance sheet. This is a mechanism for BRN to take advantage of market liquidity and sell stock under the agreement to fund their capital requirements. From my understanding LDA will effectively borrow stock off one of BRN's shareholders (maybe PVDM) and sell shares on instruction from BRN depending on price/requirements etc. BRN will be in control of when and at what price they sell shares.

see announcement: "The Company will control the timing and maximum amount of the draw down under this facility subject only to the minimum draw down commitment of A$10 million within the first 12 months."
