So according to your analysis you see this as a major turning point. All good. I will say one thing though and I would take this into consideration because it is very powerful. When you see all the factors that are in your chart and they look the same in the weekly and monthly...ie divergences in MACD RSI or stochastics whatever you use you have a basis for a big call...Eg. This is the high for EVN we will move into a Gold Bear Market. But from what I can see the Weekly and Monthly Charts/indicators do not support the view at THIS time that the Bull market is over for EVN. The Daily's will run their cycle and we will see where that takes us. As far as your Elliot Wave count goes I would say that the count should not be started where you have and that usually a 5th Wave is at least equal to the 3rd wave and often is an extension thereof. Do you have a position in EVN?
